• Aerobus is a connecting service between Lisbon airport, the City Center and Cais do Sodré train station, with several stops on the way, including Entrecampos (next to Hotel Villa Rica and Entrecampos underground station - 1 stop for the metro station Cidade Universitária, near to the Metropolitan Hotel); Avenida da República (for Hotel Zurique); Saldanha (for Residência Imperador). Works every day between 7.00 and 23.00 h; departures every 20 minutes; price 3,5 Eur for 1 day ticket, giving free access to any other bus.
• Taxi prices are quite reasonable (expect to pay around 10 Eur from the airport to Entrecampos, near the conference venue). It's safer to have the address written down unless your Portuguese is quite good. As with taxis everywhere, make sure they start the taxi meter. Or buy the Taxi Voucher in the Airport - it is generous to the drivers, but at least you know there will be no "extras".
