alg.announce is a mailing list set up to advertise the International Conference on Algebras, Modules & Rings and other similar international events. The list consists of around 1500 e-mail addresses gathered from announcements for previous conferences on Algebras and their Representations, Module Theory and Ring Theory and more recent subscribers.
We invite other conference organizers on these or related topics to use alg.announce to advertise their international scientific meetings, sending the meeting's announcements to alg.announce@catalyse.net. To make sure that people in your address book get the announcements, you can send them a message with a link to this page so that they can subscribe to alg.announce, if they wish (note that they can unsubscribe at any time). Alternatively, send alg.announce@catalyse.net an e-mail with your list of addresses and an invitation to subscribe will be issued by the list administrator to all the people who have not yet subscribed.
This is a low volume moderated list - we will screen all information; we will only forward up to 3 announcements for each event; every e-mail sent by the list will have a link to unsubscribe (easily) from the list. We do not use the list for any other purpose.
