At some point in July 2002, we advertised this conference with the dates 21-25 July 2003.
We had to change it to 14-18 July 2003 (final dates) because Lisbon is hosting the 12th World Gymnaestrada on 20-26 July and 30.000 people are expected in Lisbon, so that most hotels were already fully booked a year ahead and flights are also expected to be full.
