Travel Agency Netviagens

• Vouchers for hotels booked by Netviagens have been sent by e-mail in June by the travel agency.
• Receipts, together with vouchers for the conference dinner and excursion, will be available at the hotel reception, upon arrival, for those participants who have booked a hotel with Netviagens. Those participants who have made other accomodation arrangements will have these documents available at the registration table.
• Netviagens will be at the conference venue on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
• Conference dinner and excursion can be booked and paid for (in cash) on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, subject to availability (there are not many places left for dinner).

Arrival

• Aerobus is a connecting service between Lisbon airport, the City Center and Cais do Sodré train station, with several stops on the way, including Entrecampos (next to Hotel Quality and near Entrecampos underground station); Avenida da República (for Hotel Marquês de Sá); Saldanha (for Residência Imperador and Hotel Comfort Príncipe). Works every day between 7.45 and 20.45 h; departures every 20 minutes; price around 2,50 Eur (free if you are flying with TAP).
• Taxi prices are quite reasonable (expect to pay around 5-10 Eur from the airport to Campo Grande or Entrecampos, near the University of Lisbon). It's safer to have the address written down unless your Portuguese is quite good. As with taxis everywhere, make sure they start the taxi meter. Or buy the Taxi Voucher in the Airport - it is generous to the drivers, but at least you know there will be no "extras".
