Registration
Registration: Closed 20th June 2003
The Travel Agency Netviagens will deal with:
- registration
- payment of the conference fee:
100 Eur (full fee) || 60 Eur
(student fee) || 150 Eur (after 30/04/2003)
(please send a document confirming that you are a student
to lisboa03@cii.fc.ul.pt)
- booking and payment of accomodation, if required
- booking and payment of conference dinner (18/07/2003), if
required: 35 Eur / person
- booking and payment of excursion (19/07/2003), if
required: 23 Eur / person
Both the conference dinner and the excursion can be booked and
paid for in Lisbon (in cash), during the first 2
days of the conference. However, paying in advance allows us to
ensure places will be available.
The conference fee will cover conference documentation, coffee
breaks, and other activities to be announced.
Registration procedure:
- To register, you have to fill in the following online
registration form - no longer available!
- All payments can be made by Credit Card or International
Bank Transfer.
- If you prefer to do a bank transfer, confirm your
registration sending the Bank Draft:
- Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of
the registration and bookings made.
- If you book accomodation with Netviagens, you will have
to pay the full amount of hotel charges when you register.
Alternatively, you can make your own accomodation
arrangements, contacting the hotels directly (see also
our Useful
Links).
- A small number of rooms in student's residences are
available. To apply for one, please contact Patrícia
Paraíba: patricia@cii.fc.ul.pt
- Please book your accomodation as soon as possible, as it
can be difficult to book a hotel in Lisbon during the
summer.
